Bradford Warren Schneider has been a painter and tattoo artist for over 27 years. He draws inspiration from a variety of genres including the neon surf art that defined the 1980s, classic tattoo design from the early 1900s, and modern 3D optical art.

Growing up in New York, his artistic influences were Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, Basquiat, and Julian Schnabel—but he also went to lots of punk rock shows, found a passion for surfing, and fell in love with tattooing. His art is an eclectic reflection of all these influences fused together.

Bradford earned his BA of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology before moving to Southern California. He currently resides in San Diego with his family and divides his time between painting and tattooing at 454 Tattoo in Encinitas.
